SAFETY PROGRAM

Our safety approach is built for the environments we work in — confined spaces, active treatment facilities, and structures with chemical and biological exposure risks.

Confined Space Awareness — All personnel trained on OSHA confined space entry (29 CFR 1910.146). Continuous atmospheric monitoring, rescue plans, and trained stand-by personnel for every entry.

PPE Protocols — Task-specific PPE requirements for chemical exposure, splash protection, respiratory protection, and fall hazards.

Hazard Identification — Site-specific safety plans developed for each project addressing biological, chemical, and physical hazards unique to wastewater environments.

COMPLIANCE

OSHA construction safety practices • Site-specific safety plans for every project • Daily safety briefings and documentation • Confined space entry permits and monitoring logs • Incident reporting and near-miss tracking

QUALITY CONTROL

Inspection Procedures — Visual and sounding inspections per ICRI and ACI guidelines to verify substrate preparation quality before material installation.

Adhesion Testing — Pull-off adhesion testing per ASTM D4541 to verify coating system bond to substrate.

Thickness Verification — Wet and dry film thickness measurement to confirm coating systems meet specified milage requirements.

All QC activities documented in daily reports and compiled into project closeout packages.
