Focused on rehabilitation — not new construction.

We restore structural integrity and extend service life for municipal wastewater infrastructure operating in aggressive, corrosive environments.

SPECIALIZED REHABILITATION

We work exclusively within existing operational facilities — manholes, lift stations, wet wells, headworks, and treatment plant structures. Our teams are trained for confined space entry and active-flow conditions.

Every project begins with a condition assessment to identify the deterioration mechanism, followed by a repair strategy engineered for the specific environment. We don’t guess. We assess, specify, and execute.

Our experience in aggressive environments means we understand what happens to concrete, reinforcement, and protective systems when exposed to Hu2082S, moisture cycling, and chemical attack.

Manhole Rehabilitation

Lining systems including calcium aluminate cement, epoxy coatings, and geopolymer mortars. Infiltration sealing and structural restoration for collection system manholes.

Lift Station & Wet Well Repair

Structural repair, coating systems, and corrosion protection for wet wells and lift stations. Work performed in active facilities with flow management coordination.

Headworks Rehabilitation

Concrete restoration, structural strengthening, and surface protection for headworks, grit chambers, and preliminary treatment structures subject to continuous chemical and abrasive exposure.

Infiltration & Exfiltration Control

Crack injection, joint sealing, and lining systems to stop groundwater infiltration and prevent collection system overloading.

MATERIALS & SYSTEMS

Epoxy Coatings — High-build chemical-resistant systems for immersion and splash zone service
Polyurea Systems — Fast-cure elastomeric coatings for rapid return to service
Calcium Aluminate Mortar — Structural lining for manholes and wet wells
Cementitious Repair Mortars — Vertical and overhead structural repair per ICRI guidelines
Geopolymer Systems — High-performance corrosion-resistant lining for severe Hu2082S environments
